​The Mitchell County Health Department/North Central Kansas Home Health Agency’s mission is to evaluate, monitor, protect, restore and improve the health of the population within the county.  It will lead the effort to help the population achieve the highest level of wellness through nursing, the science of medicine, and the art of caring.
