We also work to educate and train Mitchell County citizens, responders and governing officials so that a disaster’s impact on people, property, and communities is minimized.

About Us Emergency Management in Mitchell County is currently a 1 person staff with assisted help from the Mitchell County Communications staff, as needed. Currently the 911 Director, Becky Snook is working a dual role of Interim Emergency Manager with assistance from the 911 Deputy Director, Terrence Silvia.
